4. Nature of data supply and legal basis of data processing<\/h3>\n

With respect to the purposes referred to in Article 4 (iii), (iv), (v), (vi) and (vii), please refer to what is expressly set out in the specific policy referred to in this Privacy Policy.
\nFor the purposes referred to in points (i) and (ii) of Article 4 above, the supply of your personal data is required since, without such data, you will not be able to use the services offered by the Website.
