The data you provide will be processed mainly on paper and\/or computer under the authority of the Controller, by persons specifically authorised and trained to process data (under Article 2-quaterdecies of the Privacy Code and Articles 28 and 29 of the Privacy Regulation). Please note that suitable security measures have been taken, also in accordance with Articles 5 and 32 of the Privacy Regulation, to prevent any data loss, unlawful or incorrect use and unauthorised access.<\/p>\n
The data may be communicated, within the EU, in full compliance with the provisions of the Privacy Regulation, to the following entities: to public entities and\/or authorities, where required by law or at their request; to external structures, entities and companies used by the Controller to perform activities connected with, instrumental to or ensuing from performance of the \u201cdownload catalogues\u201d service; to external consultants, except where they are designated in writing as Data Processors.
