Mare Dentro
At Punta dell’Olmo, on the Ligurian Riviera di Ponente, a holiday home is transformed by Eligo Studio into an environment suspended between earth and sky, where natural materials and daylight create a quiet harmony. Balancing between nautical and oriental styles, the apartment is the result of a process of simplification, as 1970s furnishings blend effortlessly with contemporary pieces. Inspired by the surrounding landscape, Alberto Nespoli and Domenico Rocca of Eligo Studio redefine the home’s identity: every detail — from wooden finishes to neutral tones — enhances the dialogue between indoors and outdoors. In the living area, large windows flood the interior with light, amplifying a sense of calm and suspension. The Free System sofa, with its softly padded modules, defines the relaxation zone, offering an informal and unrestricted comfort. The blown glass surfaces of the Lokum side tables bring lightness to the setting, creating a balanced chromatic dialogue with the glossy green panelling. Set among mirrored surfaces and fabric-covered walls, the Due Più armchair introduces a soft, playful note to the bedroom, evoking an intimate and measured atmosphere.
