Material, light and colour come together in a rich dialogue in Lokum, the coffee tables designed by Sabine Marcelis. A collection that expresses the elegance of pure forms, elevated through the craftsmanship of blown glass. The designer’s exploration of reflective surfaces and chromatic gradations takes shape in a collection of ethereal beauty, capable of generating refined plays of light and shadow. Lokum is available in three different sizes and shades – amber, smoky grey and petrol green – and offers great flexibility of use, both as a standalone piece and in combination with other elements to create ever-changing compositions.

Sabine Marcelis takes us inside the furnace where the Lokum table is crafted, illustrating the intricate glass-blowing process. This artisanal method demands great skill, using fire and air to shape the material. The designer highlights how the curved volumes of the Lokum interact with light, turning it into a sculptural element with a strong visual impact.
