Casa Toska in Milan

Designed by Studio Sagaría, Casa Toska is located in the heart of Milan, just a few steps from CityLife. The apartment unfolds as a private space with a cinematic and slightly elusive atmosphere. The day wing concentrates the project’s most distinctive character: a refined open space where dining area, kitchen and living area are conceived as a continuous sequence, defined by glossy surfaces, controlled reflections, monolithic elements and a sophisticated palette of butter tones, dark lacquered volumes and bold material accents. At the centre of the dining area, the Maxwell table introduces a strong architectural presence. Its Verde Alpi marble top gives depth and intensity to the space, becoming both a functional element and a sculptural focal point. The vivid green veining dialogues with the more neutral palette of the interior, naturally engaging with the reflective finishes and the rigorous geometry of the space. In the living area, the white Free System sofa softens the composition with its generous, modular presence. Its pure volume balances the sharper architectural gestures of the day wing, creating an intimate and welcoming place for conversation, listening and relaxation. Together, Maxwell and Free System define the atmosphere of Casa Toska: elegant, bold and quietly provocative.
