MDF Italia acquires the brand Acerbis International
During the Salone del Mobile 2019, MDF Italia and Acerbis International announced the acquisition of ACERBIS’ sales branch, as well as the brand and the collection by the Milanese brand.
The objective is to elevate and re-launch in the international markets one of the most renowned and historic brands in the sector thanks to the MDF Italia’s structured sales network. On the other hand, MDF Italia, a leading company in the design furniture sector, takes the opportunity to develop and expand its business in diversified areas of the market.
MDF Italia and Acerbis International are two brands of different origins, yet joined by the same passion for design, simplicity, and innovation that take on this challenge relying upon the collaboration of the new generations from two families who have been protagonists of the history of design for decades: Cassina and Acerbis.
In the Milan-based MDF Italia showroom, a space dedicated to Acerbis was set up, where visitors can discover the products of the collection.
