Matter and Light in dialogue

An essential setting, defined by tactile surfaces, soft lighting and an intense palette that alternates warm, deep tones with more airy accents. Cement, shadow and light create a measured backdrop, leaving it to the furnishings to bring presence, colour and character. Trench, Life and Lokum were chosen by cc-tapis to complete the narrative of the new rug collection. In a dialogue shaped by calibrated contrasts and material harmonies, Acerbis collections accompany the scene without overpowering it, reinforcing its identity.

Life’s upholstered profile and low volumes introduce a welcoming yet measured presence, expressing an idea of contemporary comfort that is both essential and distinctive, enhanced by the velvet upholstery. With its curved, continuous lines, the Trench armchair adds a more sculptural note, engaging with the architecture in a visual balance of tension and harmony.

Finally, the Lokum side table brings a luminous accent into the space: the amber hue of its blown glass gently contrasts with the tones of the rug, adding a warm and light touch to the composition.
