Remasters goes on stage at the Teatro Manzoni theatre
Since 1872 a landmark in the cultural and social life of the city of Milan, the Teatro Manzoni theatre stages a special installation featuring the Remasters collection. Elegant and at the same time welcoming, with its red velvet armchairs, luxurious chandeliers, marble and sculptures.
At the entrance, a large Free System island transports the visitor to an intimate Milanese living room; in the foyer, decorated with red curtains and pictorial frescoes with a bucolic theme, in a harmonious combination of materials and colours, the Creso table and Med chairs in the new matt lacquered variant are placed.
Four Corinthian columns mark the entrance to the theatre hall below, where the scenic atrium provides the backdrop for Nanda Vigo’s Due Più armchairs in white and rust.
Returning upstairs and entering the theatre hall, the spectator finds himself immersed in a luxurious ambience, lighted by original 1950s chandeliers. On stage once again are the Due Più armchairs, the undisputed protagonists of the Remasters collection.
An exceptional location that of the Teatro Manzoni theatre, between contaminations and scenic effects, refined material and colour combinations aimed at enhancing a collection of timeless beauty.
