The meeting between Lodovico Acerbis and Giotto Stoppino marks one of the most important historical moments for both the company and the design industry: an unusual form of collaboration where the designer’s vast professional experience merges with that of the entrepreneur.
The Acerbis Remasters collection widens with three new products, selected from the historical archives and re-edited in new versions and finishes: Florian, designed by Vico Magistretti in 1989, Creso and Serenissimo by Lella and Massimo Vignelli, designed respectively in 1985 and 1988.
Highlighted by a faithful interpretation of Lella and Massimo Vignelli’s ideas, Creso and Serenissimo speak through their geometries and materials.
The graphic proportions on one side, the design research and the strong connection with Italian craftsmanship on the other, turned these two products with over thirty years of history into icons of Italian design and beyond.
Florian is a folding table that represents the extraordinary simplicity of Vico Magistretti: a product that knows how to be both innovative and functional, inspired by an everyday object.
